What do you need to succeed?Must-Have

  • University degree, ideally in Agribusiness, with strong financial analysis skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ commercial banking experience specializing in Agriculture
  • Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including industry specialized knowledge, as applicable
  • Experience and comfort with emerging technology (e.g. video conferencing, social media, digital banking and mobile applications)

Nice-To-Have

  • MBA and/or CFA considered an asset
