In this role, you be responsible for the management of our CRM (ClearView) and provide support to managing the Online Digital Fundraising platform.Here’s what your primary responsibilities would be:

  • Develop and deliver reusable user-friendly queries for recurring or ad hoc dashboard views, reports or extracts from our database systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders in determining their Business Requirements for their report/list requests
  • Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to management for improvement opportunities related to business processes or systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new releases and enhancements with respect to the Clearview CRM and its impact to other systems by attending relevant training
  • Create and deliver training for new or changed business systems or processes to end-users
  • Work closely with management to perform data analysis, identify trends and make recommendations
  • Responsible for Data Quality and Data Hygiene for the CRM solutions
  • Participate in the Change Control Board (Clearview User Group) for the CRM
  • Collaborate with teams to determine how the CRM can best be used for their goals
  • Create and maintain FAQ documents for applications
  • Work with the vendors to ensure proper backups, API Syncs are taking place for our CRM.

Here’s what we’re looking for:Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • 3-5 years of applied experience working with relational databases and CRM systems (Clearview, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce – NPSP) and completing analysis using SQL reporting tools and Microsoft Excel (especially advanced formulas) and a bachelor’s degree in a computer science or business-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools
  • Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
  • Knowledge of REST based API
  • High level of technical literacy in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience in business processes related to event management or fundraising in the not-for-profit sector is an asset

In this role, you be responsible for the management of our CRM (ClearView) and provide support to managing the Online Digital Fundraising platform.Here’s what your primary responsibilities would be:

  • Develop and deliver reusable user-friendly queries for recurring or ad hoc dashboard views, reports or extracts from our database systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders in determining their Business Requirements for their report/list requests
  • Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to management for improvement opportunities related to business processes or systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new releases and enhancements with respect to the Clearview CRM and its impact to other systems by attending relevant training
  • Create and deliver training for new or changed business systems or processes to end-users
  • Work closely with management to perform data analysis, identify trends and make recommendations
  • Responsible for Data Quality and Data Hygiene for the CRM solutions
  • Participate in the Change Control Board (Clearview User Group) for the CRM
  • Collaborate with teams to determine how the CRM can best be used for their goals
  • Create and maintain FAQ documents for applications
  • Work with the vendors to ensure proper backups, API Syncs are taking place for our CRM.

Here’s what we’re looking for:Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • 3-5 years of applied experience working with relational databases and CRM systems (Clearview, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce – NPSP) and completing analysis using SQL reporting tools and Microsoft Excel (especially advanced formulas) and a bachelor’s degree in a computer science or business-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools
  • Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
  • Knowledge of REST based API
  • High level of technical literacy in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience in business processes related to event management or fundraising in the not-for-profit sector is an asset
