In this role, you be responsible for the management of our CRM (ClearView) and provide support to managing the Online Digital Fundraising platform.Here’s what your primary responsibilities would be:
- Develop and deliver reusable user-friendly queries for recurring or ad hoc dashboard views, reports or extracts from our database systems
- Work closely with stakeholders in determining their Business Requirements for their report/list requests
- Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to management for improvement opportunities related to business processes or systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new releases and enhancements with respect to the Clearview CRM and its impact to other systems by attending relevant training
- Create and deliver training for new or changed business systems or processes to end-users
- Work closely with management to perform data analysis, identify trends and make recommendations
- Responsible for Data Quality and Data Hygiene for the CRM solutions
- Participate in the Change Control Board (Clearview User Group) for the CRM
- Collaborate with teams to determine how the CRM can best be used for their goals
- Create and maintain FAQ documents for applications
- Work with the vendors to ensure proper backups, API Syncs are taking place for our CRM.
Here’s what we’re looking for:Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- 3-5 years of applied experience working with relational databases and CRM systems (Clearview, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce – NPSP) and completing analysis using SQL reporting tools and Microsoft Excel (especially advanced formulas) and a bachelor’s degree in a computer science or business-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools
- Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
- Knowledge of REST based API
- High level of technical literacy in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in business processes related to event management or fundraising in the not-for-profit sector is an asset
