  • Be responsible for research and analysis leading to the definition of requirements and processes to assist in the resolution of business problems. You will also have the opportunity to; lead and/or participate in the testing of new systems or enhancements, the training of users, and providing ongoing support to all supported units.
  • Work with your team to provide analytical support on key projects and provide critical support to various projects and strategic initiatives among the product management teams including but not limited to:
  • Formulating and defining functional scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements for the assigned Lines of Business.
  • Developing or modifying procedures to solve complex problems.
  • Consider computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and translate them into proper systems requirement specifications.
