This role will be responsible for implementing a 3 year strategy which includes audience segmentation, development and implementation of enhanced donor journeys and optimization of key touchpoints and processes.What success looks like?
- Develop recommendations and strategies to support long term growth of our mass mid-tier program
- Lead cross functional development of mid-tier initiatives which includes the creation of a donor migration strategy and the development of new donor journeys
- Grow the size of the mid-tier giving pool and re-imagine the donor journey by taking high value donors on an intentional journey to support sustainable income growth
- Work with IT, Donor Insights and Philanthropy teams to establish baseline KPIs to measure program success and monitor/report on results over time
- Lead the development of highly personalized and relevant donor stewardship and solicitations for mid-tier audience
- Work closely with the product development team on product offerings for the mid-tier audience
- Act as subject matter expert for mid-tier, input into digital evolution and provide recommendations to leverage digital investments to improve the experience for mid-tier donors
- Develop and mentor Specialist, Recurring Gifts to deliver on flawless execution of mid-tier communications
Support with other recurring gift priorities as needed including Child Sponsorship and Because I am a Girl journey development and execution.As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally in product management and/or mid-level giving.
- Strong results-orientation as demonstrated in past positions, setting ambitious goals and proven ability to deliver on them.
- Outstanding project management and experience leading projects with a high degree of integration across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong capacity for understanding & improving upon complex operations and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness, innovation and creativity.
- Ability to manage, partner and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors and agencies) and work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver organizational goals.
