Research

  • Support CFCC programs with research and backgrounders, as needed
  • Update existing research briefs and reports as needed
  • Respond to internal research requests on an ongoing basis

  • 6+ years’ experience as a product owner and leading a technical team in an enterprise Salesforce IT application development environment.
  • 3+ years experience using L2O – Lead to Order
  • 5+ years expereince using Order to Cash, will prefer someone with background in Quoting, Contract Management, Orders, Provisioning and Billing.
  • Experience with the Agile methodology: owning sprint planning, attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally

Working closely with our business stakeholders and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level. * Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions, and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.

  • Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
  • Participating in roadmap planning and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
  • Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
  • Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
  • Reacting to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary.
  • Coordinating and participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
  • Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members.
  • Requirement gathering, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, PRD/FRD writing
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
  • Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion
  • Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline
  • Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to ensure a team’s success – Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations.
  • Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork
  • Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog according to business value for the life of the project
  • Acting as the key product feature decision-maker., maximizing the value of the product
  • Acting as the voice of the team, communicating status to stakeholders and internal partners
