Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with our brokers. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding standards, as well as liaise with Digital Marketing and other departments to foster creative and innovative ideas that enhance our marketing pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Sheet Management:

  • Coordinate the annual and ad hoc updates of broker bio sheets.
  • Collect necessary information from brokers to ensure content is current and accurate.

• Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Send updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review and approval.
  • Ensure that all changes adhere to brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

• Digital Marketing Integration:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to incorporate updates into online platforms.
  • Ensure all digital content is up-to-date and engaging.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination:

  • Work with various internal departments to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas that support marketing pursuits.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to align resources and expertise.

• Innovation and Creativity:

  • Participate in strategy sessions to identify creative opportunities for enhancing bio sheet presentation and impact.
  • Contribute to building a collaborative culture where new ideas are welcomed and developed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience in marketing or project coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to different departmental needs.
• Familiarity with digital marketing practices and tools is desirable.

Qualifications:
