Job Description

The Maintenance Technician position is an integral role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and facilities are in working order.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing plumbing issues, and painting walls
– Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
– Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely manner
– Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
– Ensure all safety protocols are followed when performing maintenance tasks

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
– Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
