You will help translate business needs into actionable plans, align cross-functional and vendor teams, and drive measurable outcomes across marketing, digital experience, infrastructure, and operations.   • Manage the project lifecycle. You will lead end-to-end execution of projects in your assigned focus area, which may be contact centre systems, cloud security enhancements, or digital marketing tools. You will build and manage integrated project plans that align internal teams, external vendors, testing groups, and stakeholders. You will effectively navigate the complexity of our fast-paced environment and apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies across internal and vendor teams. You will adhere to the PMO’s best practices for planning, documenting, issue tracking, stakeholder engagement, and integrated reporting.
  • Build and manage business cases. You will lead the development and tracking of business cases tied to project outcomes, whether that’s member growth, operational efficiency, cost savings, or improved partner performance. You will collaborate with Finance to track budgets, forecasts, and actuals, validate vendor pricing, and support contract negotiations, as well as monitor project ROI tracking against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate with clarity. You will anticipate and respond to risks, escalate transparently, and propose solutions and adjustments. You will confidently present weekly updates to executives, ensuring they have the necessary insight to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Own the solution. You will be accountable for maintaining, optimizing, and updating the solutions you implement. You will champion ongoing or periodic updates and demonstrate a return on investment (ROI).

You bring:

  • The project management expertise. You have demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects from start to finish. This includes SaaS and cloud implementations, and IPaaS projects. You have excellent organizational skills in a demanding, multi-system, multi-service provider environment. You have experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models and can effectively guide teams and vendors in each approach. You have managed projects involving Azure, SaaS marketing tools, or security solutions. You can translate technical requirements into business outcomes. You know how to work with Finance to manage project budgets and portfolios. You know how to build, track, and report against business cases. You have experience managing and driving value from vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and validating pricing models. PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred, but practical, proven experience is essential.
