Job description: The Community Mental Health Program consists of 10 teams across 6 sites throughout the Ontario Health East Region. CMHP provides a range of models of service (from intensive to outreach) to be a link between hospital services and community agencies for persons with severe and persistent mental illness, and a dual diagnosis living in the community. CMHP uses Recovery-Focused support to increase meaningful community integration in order to live a meaningful engaged life. This specialized consultation team provides clinical assessments, education and treatment recommendations for the care of individuals living with a dual diagnosis (intellectual disability + mental illness) who are over age 18.Duties:
- Conduct cognitive and adaptive functioning assessments for the purpose of determining eligibility (i.e., presence or absence of intellectual disability) for Dual Diagnosis Services.
- Provide goal-oriented and time limited therapies
- Function as an effective member of an inter professional team
- Liaise and consult with relevant community agencies and service providers
- Administer and interpret standardized psychological assessment instruments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Internship or related work experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred
- Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
- A valid Class G/ Class 5 driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive our Penske vehicles, including a 26′ box truck
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary within the district (customers yards, close geographical area and training sites), work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a reference check.

- 6 month contract potential for an extension or to go permanent.
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily cash reporting and manage daily cash activities
- Generate compliance and interest calculation reports for banking partners
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Liaise with internal teams and banks to resolve reconciliation and payment issues
- Process journal entries related to banking service charges
- Track cheque status (stop/void as required) and monitor outstanding cheques
- Ensure alignment between SAP and bank statements
- Download and archive wire receipt documents for Accounts Receivable
- Support AR/AP/Treasury functions as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in bank reconciliations or treasury operations (or strong co-op/internship experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred
- Recent university or college graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently
