Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in order to achieve sales targets and promote company products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market
– Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
– Present, promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
– Prepare sales contracts and proposals, negotiate terms and close sales deals
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
– Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
– Meet individual and team sales targets on a regular basis
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
– Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Willingness to travel as needed
– Valid driver’s license
