We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our clients’ paid media campaigns across all digital media channels.
As our Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing brilliant digital marketing campaigns that generate impressive ROI for our clients – particularly in Paid Search Engine Marketing & Social Media Campaigns.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute media buying campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Paid Social, Display & Programmatic)
- Perform regular analysis and optimization of campaigns, while working within budgets and maximizing KPIs
- Maintain oversight of performance against targets and optimizing as necessary to ensure success
- Provide campaign reporting that showcases results in a way that is meaningful for future campaigns, clearly pulling out both the positive results and areas where improvement is needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on digital media planning and buying experience (strong asset if the experience is agency side)
- Experience leading successful paid search and paid social campaigns and reporting on metrics
- Knowledge and experience with conversion metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA
- Able to work successfully within a team, handling high volume workload, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Comfortable working with budgets and numbers – must love data!
- Accuracy and proficiency with numbers/data
