The Role

We are looking for a data-driven marketing leader to drive our customer acquisition, brand and product marketing strategy. We want a strategic thinker who can drive creative ideas as well as lead a high-performance direct response team.

The ideal candidate is objective and results driven, a compelling storyteller and has a sense of urgency when it comes to new ideas and team leadership. You will be very comfortable using market data to help set priorities as well as giving feedback on creative strategies and building partnership opportunities.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will have the lead marketing position for Spring. You will collaborate with the Spring Financial executive team and the heads of product, design, sales and technology. Any candidates across Canada may apply. Key Responsibilities:

Develop the Advertising Roadmap that drives revenue growth through development and management of integrated cross-platform campaigns, PR and branding, media buys, partnerships, social media, community programs and content.

Lead the strategy and execution for our growing business across all advertising and marketing channels. Drive customer acquisition by developing marketing campaigns and strategies that generate high intent engagement with consumers across our many channels.

Build and mentor a team of marketing professionals that specialize in direct response and performance marketing across the key channels.

Grow digital acquisition & revenue by developing strategies to drive traffic, conversion and ROI for all acquisition channels. Identify and act on the best opportunities for growth and help solve the greatest challenges holding us back.

Be a thought leader by identifying, implementing and sharing the latest digital marketing trends, new technologies, best practices, competitor activity, and learning opportunities that help drive business success.

Manage segmentation, cross-device and omnichannel with the help of our analytics team and tools, develop and manage segments and target them with unique advertising, marketing and remarketing strategies. Help create a seamless and integrated customer experience across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile, app). Have a solid understanding of attribution models and how various channels should work together to deliver excellent results.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of marketing/advertising experience with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Success managing large-scale brand awareness campaigns (including offline media), partnerships, influencer programs, email marketing, PR and media buying.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing & Social Media.
  • Have developed, implemented and managed highly engaging campaigns delivering high ROI awareness, traffic and revenue.
  • Have fostered a high-performance, creative, and continual growth environment with a team or business.
  • Success diving deep into data, identifying and understanding opportunities to improve conversion, adoption, and increase growth.

What to Expect:
As Global Marketing Specialist you will meet with Introhive’s sales and marketing leadership team on a regular basis to understand current challenges and develop campaigns to solve them. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to impact prospects and customers in every stage of the buyer journey to drive and maintain growth in revenue.

Your primary responsibility will be developing programs that generate demand from accounts that match Introhive’s ideal customer profile. Additionally, you will effectively use buyer intent data to prioritize accounts that are showing interest and build an Account Based Marketing program to convert them.

To be successful, you will effectively use the resources at your disposal to drive best in class project management. You will measure and report on your KPI’s and present campaign results and lessons learned. You will innovate new solutions to overcome underperforming campaigns and fearlessly test new strategies.

You must be comfortable working through many marketing channels, including but not limited to: events, email campaigns, paid social, search engine marketing, social media strategy, direct mail, media placement, account-based marketing, and partner co-marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeted to specific buyer profiles that build brand awareness, generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and qualified opportunities from accounts in Introhive’s total addressable market.
  • Create and rigorously test Account Based Marketing strategies to grow demand with Introhive’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts. Effectively use buyer intent data to inform account prioritization for Account Based Marketing programs.
  • Create and drive the implementation of marketing plans that include an integrated approach of both online and offline tactics such as live and virtual events, paid social, email, content marketing, social media, and more.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across relevant KPIs, track and maintain marketing budget across campaigns, and present insights learned from each campaign.
  • Work cross-functionally across the marketing, channel and sales teams as needed to execute your programs.
  • Oversee vendor selection and contracts for event sponsorship, media placements, association memberships, and more.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing leadership teams to align targets, messaging, channels and calls to action.

What You’ve Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of and experience with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, especially for B2B or SaaS companies
  • Experience within SaaS or B2B companies is preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Experience executing successful ABM campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills: G- Suite with proficiency in Excel (or Sheets) and PowerPoint (or Slides)
  • Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and a marketing automation platform (preferably HubSpot)
  • Highly organized and excellence in project management
