The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.
Lead key trade marketing initiatives to support the Bell Media Sales organization with the ability to develop and plan a marketing strategy, and lead and implement all elements of the plan with speed and accuracy for all brands, programs, platforms and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing marketing, advertising and promotional strategies while managing communications between the organization and our clients
- Lead the design, development and production of the corporate Bell Media brand for sales stakeholders, including brochures, sales tools, advertising, promotional items, sponsorships, etc.
- Develop innovative and impactful sales communications plans and materials, including execution of internal and external collateral (scripts, presentations, newsletters, etc.)
- Identify digital needs (web, social media, email marketing) and oversee the creation, execution and measurement of all initiatives/campaigns
- Participate in the development and maintenance of all tools for sales team and each of its divisions (media kits, price cards, brochures, presentation templates) and ensure that they conform to Bell graphic standards
- Manage and participate in all marketing elements required for successful product launches; programming initiatives, customer events and incentive plans
Critical Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- 1-3 years in a role where you have managed projects
- Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish (developing the overall strategy & plan, writing creative briefs and overseeing creative development; budget, management, workbacks, logistics, posts)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative problem solver
- A thorough understanding of digital communications including the social media landscape, metrics and reporting
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
