As a Product Lead, you will be working on Canada’s largest loyalty program, PC Optimum. The digital loyalty journey is rich with many opportunities, and this role will help to enable them, raising the bar on our online experience.

Work with your team to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and collaborate with engineering & design to complete that vision. Collaborate with other cross-functional business & operations teams to deliver on goals that align with our business strategy.

Note: This role is hybrid – 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, colleagues, vendors, technology, and teams in order to lead the development of the product strategy and roadmap that aligns
  • Immerse yourself in understanding of customer & colleague needs and apply them when making product decision
  • Work closely with large, cross-functional teams, including product, operations, technology, design, marketing, research, and customer service, to ensure that we build lean and scalable features with clear intent and at high velocity
  • Find opportunities to automate, optimize, and scale our workflows, systems, and processes to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Define goals and critical metrics to measure success with your teams while reporting on metrics that ladder up to overall objectives and key results
  • Be an effective people manager – lead and develop a team of product managers and help evolve the overall product management practice.
