The Project Manager will work closely with the ED and EMD to lead planning activities and collaborate with teams to identify, plan, and implement strategic projects involving various stakeholders and consultants.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office operations, including facilities management, supplies inventory, and office maintenance.
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
– Assist with HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
– Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
– Handle confidential information with discretion.
– Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or related field.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
– Previous experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
