—What will your typical day look like?Your specific accountabilities will include:
- Work closely with Marketing Analytics, Digital, CRM Enablement, and Market Reporting, teams to establish campaign specific benchmarks and measure against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Extract, analyze, and report on key data that showcases effectiveness of campaigns and tactics
- Provide data-driven actionable insights to our marketers and practitioners to improve on campaign success (e.g. improve client experience through the digital channels, increase client engagement) and/or optimize reaching respective objectives
- Collaborate across the organization to design, construct, and deliver marketing performance presentations, reports and insights to key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain benchmark and trending analyses that support customer experience through the digital channel
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required to support campaign life cycle
- Use strong analytical skills to drive business insights through descriptive, predictive and prescriptive data analysis
- Have the ability and desire to learn new ways to analyze and report on existing data, whether through visualization or other consideration
- Develop static and dynamic dashboards, interactive reports, charts, and graphs based on business needs and according to established quality standards
- Seek out optimization opportunities within functional systems/tools, in collaboration with various stakeholders, globally
About the teamThe Marketing Analytics Specialist – Reports directly to Marketing Analytics Manager. Focus is on bringing performance and insights on Marketing campaigns. As an integral part of the Marketing Analytics team, the Marketing Analytics Specialist will collaborate with other members of Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Design and broad Marketing teams, to evaluate performance of campaigns, and bring forward a critical eye for insights and opportunities for improvement.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in Business and/or a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Analytics, Math or Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Campaign reporting/Analytics, digital analytics, experience working in agency environment an asset
- Must have experience in using Marketing automation tools, web analytics solutions, Adobe Analytics (Omniture) suite, and Google Analytics is an asset
- Proven analytical, systematic and logical problem-solving skills, with a curious mindset
- Ability to translate large volume of data into meaningful insights
- Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to work on multiple initiatives and activities at the same time
- Ability to research, develop, present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills in Tableau, Excel and other reporting tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be an added advantage
- Experience in Campaign management tools Oracle Eloqua, Adobe campaign is an asset
- Hands-on experience on content management systems like Adobe Marketing Cloud would be an added advantage

Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $58,000 – $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
