There are privacy regulations in Canada and the US that BMO must adhere to when communicating with a customer/prospect/past customer of the Bank. Ensuring BMO is utilizing personal information accordingly and not in violation of these laws when communicating with customers is critical. The Director of will act as the bank’s enterprise Business lead responsible for understanding the use of personal information across the Marketing ecosystem, to implement and maintain solutions that comply with the Privacy Regulations in Canada and the US.
The Director, working closely with subject matter experts on the regulations and laws (i.e. Chief Privacy Officer and Privacy Office) to build a strategy to deliver best in class customer centric compliant solutions to drive personalized marketing experiences.
The Director will work closely with the Chief Privacy Officer, LOBs, First Line, Compliance, and T&O partners to gather requirements, articulate cost/benefits to drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise privacy strategic solutions and operational processes across all LOBs in Canada and the US.Salary: $113,900.00 – $211,800.00Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
