  • A graduate of an accredited Canadian university or college
  • Complementary training in related field (i.e. graphic design)
  • Graphic design capabilities (Canva, Photoshop) with the ability to create social content and design Power Point presentations, create and design materials such as invites, posters, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Community management for multiple brands, engaging with consumers, responding to questions and flagging more serious concerns (when applicable) to the wider agency team for quick action.
  • Content creation – development of unique brand content leveraging trends, adapting existing content for a Canadian audience
  • Copy writing – developing effective, engaging and brand appropriate captions for all content.
  • Performance management – pulling data and insights for the digital team
  • Paid amplification – supporting the paid specialist on boosting posts
  • UGC – Vetting UGC content, flagging to the team and determining which posts to leverage for brand social
  • Sourcing and vetting influencers. Providing a summary of what that influencer is a fit for the brand and program
  • Influencer content review
  • Sourcing industry trends to share with the wider agency and brand teams
