  • Post-secondary education in a finance or business related program
  • Completion (or near completion) of professional accounting designation program
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with focus on FP&A
  • Hands-on experience with one or multiple FP&A tools (e.g., Hyperion suite, Adaptive Insights, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, extract meaningful insights, and help drive fact-based business decisions
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and influence
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with ability to develop a high performing team and effectively prioritize and deliver results through an inclusive and collaborative approach
  • Mindset of innovation and continuous improvement

Desirable skills, knowledge, and attributes:

  • Experience in the CPG industry or non-CPG manufacturing environment
  • Contextual knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BPC, BlackLine
  • Experience with full life cycle of Finance systems implementation, including project and change management
