  • Partner with clients to understand their analytics needs, align on priorities, and advocate for initiatives that enhance their analytics capabilities.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience of advanced experience conducting comprehensive assessments of analytics capabilities and leading the implementation of digital analytics strategies, from planning through execution and ongoing optimization
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working across a variety of MarTech tools and data sources, including analytics platforms, tag management systems, customer data platforms, audience segmentation tools, and activation platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience integrating and leveraging data from diverse sources (e.g., web, social, CRM, advertising, and audience data) to support marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience configuring tag management platforms (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium) to collect and send data to support reporting and activation needs. As well as working with digital data sources, such as web analytics, advertising, audience, social, and search data, to drive actionable insights.
  • 3+ years experience with the Adobe Ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics, Launch, AEP, CJA, Target and RTCDP.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering impactful reports and dashboards in PowerBI and/or Tableau
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience with Salesforce (particularly CRM Analytics (CRMA))
  • Intermediate capabilities with SQL/Python/R
  • Experience delivering client-facing projects in consulting, agency, or business-related services.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and activation strategies using digital marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple workstreams to meet client objectives.
