The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects. Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that timelines are met, documentation is accurate, and communication flows smoothly between stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate project meetings, chair the daily scrum, prepare agendas, and part of the digital transformation committee.
  • Track project deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate project status updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure version control.
  • Support risk and issue tracking, escalating concerns to the Project Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, project administration, or junior project management role (software or technology industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, TeamSupport or Jira).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP or CAPM certification (or working toward it) is an asset.
