Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Sales: Actively promote and sell memberships to prospective clients, helping to increase studio growth and community engagement.

  • Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with potential clients, nurturing relationships and addressing any questions or concerns to encourage membership sign-ups.

  • Marketing Participation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that attract new clients, including social media campaigns, community outreach events, and promotional offers.

  • Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by educating clients about our programs, classes, and benefits of membership, ensuring a positive experience from the first interaction.

  • Studio Promotion: Create an inviting atmosphere that showcases the value of our studio, encouraging walk-ins and referrals through personal connections and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
