  • Develop change readiness assessments to evaluate business readiness to adopt new practices and systems, identifying potential obstacles that may arise during deployment.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes

Experience

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a preferred asset
