- Act as an SME on IAM and PAM platforms in order to facilitate an IAM transformation at Maple Leaf.
- Work with cross functional groups to define identity based requirements and solutions for all IT and business implementations
- Be the technical leader, driving IAM practices and principles for the organization and ensuring the migration from SAP IDM to a modern identity platform (ex: SailPoint).
- Coordinate with a third-party vendor in the delivery of the migration, verifying the implementation is being completed in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the organization.
- Handle the management of Active Directory from a role design/access management perspective.
- Manage a small team of dedicated IAM professionals.
- Prepare IAM activity reports and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise teams, including developing individuals and performance management
What You’ll Bring:
- A university degree, plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience with IAM and PAM architecture and security. (ex: Sailpoint)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of IAM and PAM-related security capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external collaborations from both a technical and non-technical perspective.
- In-depth implementation experience with IAM platforms (ex: SailPoint).
- Ability to communicate concisely
- Manage priorities and possess the ability to stakeholder solutions and problems with various stakeholders to ensure strong identity governance.
- Strong experience with SailPoint, Entra ID and Active Directory required.
