  • Create, execute, and manage successful digital programs through all S&T channels to drive brand growth and lead generation, including digital advertising, search ads, SEO, social media, customer acquisition and loyalty programs
  • Develop and implement marketing reporting, dashboards, and analytics to measure and drive campaign performance and ROI across all digital channels
  • Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights to help shape and optimize marketing strategy
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting within the marketing department, including but not limited to: customer lifetime value, marketing performance, promotions and campaign tracking, ad performance, social media engagement
  • Website and app updates, including building web pages, managing website updates on S&T’s main site, online retail shop, and operating platform, and performing regular audits and improvements to maintain optimal experience and function of the digital S&T experience
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute on high quality marketing campaigns, promotions, activities across all of S&T business units including fitness, events, food & beverage, Tonic Spa, and retail
  • Monitor existing communities and competitors within target markets to develop benchmarks, ideas, identify emerging industry trends, and drive qualified audiences

About You:

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics
  • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with campaign management and reporting tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, SEMRush
  • Thorough understanding of SEM, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
  • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify
  • Proficient in Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Meta, and various social media
