We’re looking for a determined, versatile and experienced Marketing manager to join our team.

Marketing managers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Salary base pays $60,000 with Incentives to make up to $100,000 based on clinic sales performance. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing and performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our MailChimp and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Create blog content for our website, that includes information pertaining to our two clinics as well as the aesthetic school
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Director to analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising cam tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns,

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in industry related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

OVERVIEW

The Content Marketing Strategist is responsible for staying current with key issues within our market and developing our content strategy to continually adapt our messaging to address those issues. This role is based in our Toronto office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy Development – Develop key messaging to ensure that StoreForce’s brand proposition stays relevant and is easily understood by prospects, clients and internal staff.

  • Keep abreast of key topics and issues within the Specialty Retail marketplace through networking, industry publications, and internal interaction with our Client Engagement Managers;
  • Identify key industry publications for our space, and partner with the Global Director of Marketing in the establishment and maintenance of relationships with editors and other key personnel;
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to evolve and refine how we segment our market, as well as define / refine the key personas within each segment;
  • Develop digestible, understandable messaging for key use cases within each segment / persona;
  • Present recommendations on the marketing channels ideal for delivering our messaging, including establishing the required content formats and times, as well as suggested frequencies for each channel;
  • Provide the Global Director of Marketing with input on annual Marketing budget based on defined strategy for the current and future year.

Content Creation – Deliver compelling collaterals to support the StoreForce Brand.

  • Interact with internal leadership including the Client Engagement Managers to get buy-in to content topics that support the content strategy;
  • Provide input on the creation and maintenance of the Marketing calendar to establish the volume, timelines and types of content collaterals required;
  • Establish standards and templates for all internal and external StoreForce collaterals, and educate to ensure both that staff adhere to standards, and that the standards evolve as needs change;
  • Serve as the ‘editor-in-chief’ for any content produced by StoreForce at large intended for public consumption; provide feedback for the continued development of the team;
  • Participate in the execution of webinars with internal resources and Clients;

Internal Learning initiatives – Support internal learning or training initiatives.

  • Conduct monthly training sessions with the Sales & Marketing teams to communicate message revisions tuned to market conditions using role-playing or other techniques to enhance their ability to respond to question on the fly;
  • Focus efforts from templates, to messaging to editorial feedback as methods for developing the team and improving the quality of our public facing initiatives;
  • As required, support the various departments within StoreForce with the development of their internal training / learning initiatives. Possible examples include semi-annual security training, on-boarding, and use of internal tools such as SharePoint.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Manager will lead and drive marketing operations from end to end. This role reports to the Central Marketing Organization Lead in Canada.

The Marketing Operation Lead helps with marketing planning, budget management, offshore resources management, and business discussions in the Area. This role engages with the CMO Lead, Integrated Marketing Lead (IML), IMM (Integrated Marketing Managers), Events, Social and Data and Insights leads, Business Groups, Business Program Manager, Finance and other stakeholders.

In addition this role will lead the preparation for Canada Marketing Rhythm of Connection (quarterly marketing discussions with Headquarters team) preparation with different stakeholders while articulating opportunities and marketing impact.

This role also oversees entire Marketing Operations in partnership with Marketing Service Central (MSC), the offshore marketing support team and in connection with the Field Service Engagement Manager (FSEM). You are the point of contact for Marketing Service Central team that provides marketing execution at scale for Microsoft in Canada. The Marketing Operations Manager actively partners with Corporate Headquarters’ stakeholders and sits on different virtual councils.

You are also responsible for helping to drive awareness for marketing compliance policies—inclusive of adhering to web site process and guideline. Clear communicator of actions so field marketers can minimize company’s risk across local web sites, MAS, Privacy, Brand.
This role is accountable for internal marketing readiness, Sales and Marketing content Hub maintenance and understanding, and adoption of modern marketing tools.

  • Plan, develop, implement and maintain campaigns across all digital marketing and social media platforms (SEO / SEM, paid search, display, remarketing, social, PR, and advertising campaigns) to support audience and sales growth
  • Maximize and manage digital marketing budget
  • Analysis: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Evaluate overall performance, campaign performance, engagement, traffic growth in order to optimize programs
  • Campaign reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Prepare campaign results analytics and key learnings reports and provide recommendations

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Digital and Email Marketing experience; experience in e-commerce operations, including knowledge of supply chain, fulfillment, digital marketing and customer service processes
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Proficient with Google Marketing Tools (Webmaster, Analytics, AdWords, Merchant, Tag Manager) and/or IBM Core metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Applied knowledge of web protocols (HTML 5). Must be able to program simple HTML pages
  • Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications
