Channels include CIBC Banking Centres, Contact Centres, CIBC Mobile Specialists, and Digital Channels. You will be responsible for supporting key client acquisition and revenue enhancement strategies to maximize cardholder profitability and ensure CIBC remains competitive in the marketplace including managing & monitoring key business metrics (new credit card sales, approval rates, activation rates, and utilization rates), evaluating and sizing new credit card sales opportunities, and identifying opportunities within existing processes and systems for improvement and optimization. Identify and implement new opportunities for credit card client acquisition. Determine feasibility and financial impact while contributing to CIBC’s client experience objectives. Optimize client acquisition tactics and marketing budget to ensure a profitable return on investment.Leadership – Manage and own final accountability for client acquisition strategic plan and initiatives for all consumer credit card products. Continuously monitor and interpret business results against key performance targets to recommend growth initiatives.Relationship Management – Collaborate with key partner stakeholders to ensure alignment with the client acquisition strategies being implemented. Establish rapport and work effectively with internal and external partners including Retail Channels, Digital Channels, Client Strategy, Risk Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance, Sales Effectiveness, Marketing, Technology, other lines of business, and business partners.Who you areYou can demonstrate experience in product, project, and stakeholder management along with marketing and communications experience. You have strategic and business planning, business model development, and marketing best practices along with strong analytical skills and have a proven ability to execute net new initiatives.
