We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Lead Consultant to design, implement, and deploy SAP Concur solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, design or configure solutions, and implement best practices. This role also involves supporting data migration, cutover activities, and leading project deliverables to ensure successful deployments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Concur solutions to meet defined business objectives.
  • Lead or support SAP Concur implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients during the blueprint phase to gather requirements, create design documents, and secure solution sign-offs.
  • Develop and maintain a requirement traceability matrix, design documentation, and test scripts.
  • Conduct system demos and oversee final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs with clients.
  • Facilitate data migration and cutover activities, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Leverage data services expertise to support client needs and enhance system performance.
  • Manage small teams or work independently as a subject matter expert to deliver solutions effectively.
  • Drive discussions with client business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in SAP Concur implementations or related roles.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP Concur solution design and delivery, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of expense management processes and integration with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in creating design documentation, test plans, and UAT scripts.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration, cutover planning, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams or delivering as an independent contributor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior consulting experience with a global professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with data services tools and techniques.
  • SAP Concur certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and driving solution adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SAP Logistics modules such as (MM, WM, PP, LE, SCM, TM)
  • 10+ years of delivery SAP projects with strong experience in Logistics SAP projects
  • Proven experience leading teams and delivering high-impact projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its integration with other systems and modules.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and optimizing enterprise structures and logistics workflows for (MM, WM, PP, LE, SCM, TM)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
