  • Develop a deep understanding of each film’s release strategy and the Canadian marketing

landscape, with a focus on identifying target audiences and how best to reach them.

  • Monitor social and industry trends to inform campaign strategies and content development.
  • Collaborate with our design agency to create Elevation/Canadian versions of marketing materials

including, trailers, posters, spots, print, social media assets and digital banners.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and post-analysis of Elevation’s media campaigns with our

marketing agency.

  • Maintain and update the Elevation Pictures website, YouTube, and other social channels as

needed.

  • Coordinate with the Deliveries team to ensure the timely delivery of all marketing assets.
  • Support the Home Video & TV teams with the creation of all ancillary assets including Home

Video Authoring, VOD artwork, Blu-ray/DVD artwork, etc.

  • Assist in the maintaining and updating marketing budgets of each film.
  • Liaise with external partners in the creation, preparation, and delivery or materials for all TV,

digital, OOH, radio and print campaigns.

  • Analyze post-campaign reports from agencies and partners to identify key learnings and make

recommendations for future campaigns.

  • Collaborate with exhibition partners on trailer placements and exhibitor-specific marketing

campaigns.

  • Support department administration, including scheduling meetings, invoice processing, and other

coordination tasks as needed.Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of previous marketing experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and Zoom. Knowledge of Photoshop would be an asset

but not essential.

  • Knowledge and experience with various social media platforms, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok,

Pinterest, Reddit, etc.

  • Strong interest in current events, trends, films, television and pop culture.
  • Must be reliable, enthusiastic, and have the ability to work independently.
  • Someone who is detail-oriented and is able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels

of personnel.

  • Must be able to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
