We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Wealth Marketing to join our Marketing, Communications and Digital Experience team.

Reporting to the Digital Wealth Marketing Director, the Senior Manager, Digital Wealth Marketing is the Team’s program owner responsible for program management through agile practices. This role is also responsible for the development and execution of “shareable” content across multiple channels, and B2B partner marketing programs.

Working in partnership with the Digital Wealth Marketing Director, you will contribute to and support our B2B marketing strategy to strengthen our relationship with our Credit Union, National and Affiliate partners to drive growth in this channel.

What your day looks like:

Agile program management

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align the marketing roadmap to the strategic goals of the Digital Wealth business line
  • Owns the marketing

in partnership with the Digital Wealth Marketing Directors * Develop scope and define backlog items (
/features/ ) that guide the agile marketing team * Solve problems, make recommendations, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards marketing deliverable commitments

  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned to the marketing and business strategy
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
  • Act as an ambassador for marketing internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the marketing activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project background, key objectives, key messaging, and insights to write comprehensive project, creative, and media briefs
  • Develop detailed briefs so they are clearly understood by all internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand and track our competitor’s advertising and media trends and provide insights and analysis to senior leadership
  • Increase the organization’s understanding of Agile and Lean practices

Content lead

  • Work in close partnership with the Digital Wealth Marketing Director to build content and channel marketing strategies
  • Oversee the creation of “shareable” content
  • Orchestrate, develop, and execute digital content programs across multiple online channels
  • Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
  • Measure results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Work with the marketing and communications team, and subject matter experts to build comprehensive content in multiple formats (i.e., articles, videos, infographics, etc.)

Partner Marketing

  • Works with the Digital Wealth Marketing Directors to conceive of, develop, and implement integrated marketing communications programs for the Credit Union and Third Party B2B target audiences
  • Partners with partner marketing teams (Credit Union, national partners, affiliates, etc.) to drive the growth of Digital Wealth customer acquisition
  • Responsible for the execution of the Partner Marketing Framework, including marketing support for strategic partner programs
  • Responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of all partner webcasts, including the facilitation, communications, coordination of content, presentation development and script writing
  • Works in partnership with the Business Line and Sales team to create and maintain pitch decks, sales aids, and other materials to arm the sales team with consistent messaging in the field
  • Ad hoc marketing support for all partners, including Credit Union, National and Affiliate partners

Requirements

Your experience and skills:

  • A passion for direct investing and digital wealth, and the financial well-being of Canadians
  • University degree with a specialization in Marketing, Business or Commerce
  • Experience in digital messaging including email and in-app marketing
  • Excellent communications skills to report on program performance
  • 5+ years relevant B2B marketing experience
  • Must have experience leading and/or creating agile practices for another organization
  • Experience working in financial services, specifically fintech – online brokerage and/or robo-advice
  • Results-oriented, highly analytical, and data-driven. Knows what questions to ask, knows how to synthesize data from disparate sources to guide thinking and have meaningful dialogue with our partners about key metrics
  • Collaborative and enjoy working with others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships amongst diverse partners and stakeholders within a matrixed organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; presents ideas to colleagues in a clear and compelling way·
  • Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
  • Very strong attention to detail to ensure operational excellence in a highly regulated environment

As a Manager in the Digital Marketing Analytics team you will be part of a group dedicated to analyzing digital and media marketing performance (online and offline), and leading improvements in the use of data and business intelligence solutions for reporting and insights. Your role will be to develop business and partner centric BI strategies to enable TD to accelerate our digital activities resulting in higher ROI, deeper customer relationships, and a better customer experience.
