About The Role

The Director, Shared Capabilities & DevOps will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of common digital capabilities, ensure common capabilities can easily be leverage by other engineering teams, and ensure governance around re-use and expansion of shared capabilities. Further, this role will also establish state-of-the-art DevOps capabilities and implement CI/CD pipelines for fully automated digital builds and on-demand releases.

In addition, this role will be responsible for highly available, performant, and secure digital applications. As such, this role will lead digital technology operations including digital service and support management, delivering modern monitoring capabilities, optimizing support operating model, and leading a continuous improvement roadmap.
