Job Title: Regional Media & Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Media & Marketing Manager to lead Tier 2 (Ad Group) Planning and Strategy across the Southern region. This pivotal role will involve the development and execution of comprehensive media strategies utilizing a variety of channels, including Digital, Social, Video, TV, Radio, Auto Shows, and Events.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Design and implement media plans that align with overall marketing goals and drive brand awareness within the region.

Multi-Channel Coordination: Oversee and manage a diverse range of media tactics, ensuring cohesion and effectiveness across Digital, Social, Video, TV, Radio, Auto Shows, and Events.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize media spend.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.

Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of media strategies and campaign performance to stakeholders and senior management.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all media investments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media planning and marketing strategy, preferably in a regional context.
- Strong knowledge of diverse media platforms and the ability to integrate them effectively.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
