Working in a call center environment, the Membership Support Associate is multi skilled and responsible for receiving inbound telephone inquiries and concerns from our Members and resolving various issues. Day one is a virtual scheduled session to ensure your equipment is set up and working. Day two is a full day of training onsite in person orientation class at our CAA/CCG head office.
