They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.Location: North & South America – Fully RemoteYour Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship and act as the main point of contact throughout AI transformation projects
- Run discovery interviews and needs assessments to uncover business pain points
- Translate insights into SOPs and streamlined workflows clients can act on
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases; build roadmaps that balance value and effort
- Lead implementation of off-the-shelf AI tools with internal and external partners
- Track and report on before-and-after metrics to prove the impact of your work
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations with precisio
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 4+ years in project management, consulting, or digital transformation
- Deep client management skills—empathetic, organized, and solution-driven
- Strong experience building SOPs and clear executive-facing presentations
- Familiarity with AI tools (like GPT platforms, SaaS automations, etc.)
- Exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed—nothing slips past you
- Able to distill complex conversations into clear, structured plans
- Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
