Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
On-siteDuties Include:

  • Back up and offer support to call customer service staff at the call center during vacations.
  • Order management facilitating, such as creating direct orders and processing product replacement orders.
  • Maintain / create contact lists, routing sheets and communication documents to support structure in call center.
  • Ensuring customers are served efficiently and with high service.
  • Required to be on site up to five (5) days, with a rotating remote option dependable on the team.
  • Assist in ad hoc spreadsheets, reports and documents as needed for Customer Planning Team.
  • Assist in database clean-up to align to current product portfolio for customers.

Your experience and qualificationsThe following general criteria must be met in order to apply:

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada and 18 years of age.
  • Registered as a full-time, post-secondary student in 2025-2026, and returning to full-time studies in fall 2025 – must provide proof of enrollment.
  • Available to work from May 2025 through to August 2025.
  • Satisfactory completion of criminal background checks.

Consideration Preference:

  • All children of regular, full-time or regular part-time employees, who meet functional requirements, will be provided first consideration.
  • External Summer Student applicants are considered if a Summer Student position cannot be filled from internally referred candidates.
  • Positions require specific academic focus and/or related work experience, and preference will be given to candidates who best meet these qualification requirements.
  • Candidates who do not meet specific education and/or experience requirements will only be considered for roles that do not have function-specific limitations.

  • 12 hour recorded Alteryx training sessions conducted by an authorized Alteryx training company for Teva employees during winter 2023 will be available to you along with real data to test your learning on.
  • Interest in business, learning new programming software, and an ability to apply and integrate concepts into real world needs.
