  • Manage the production, project management, and execution of a thought leadership and content across various channels and audiences.
  • Support research leads with project plans, design and production for research and thought leadership.
  • Oversee production, ensuring digital best practices and effective content deployment (design, publishing).
  • Develop digital plans, content distribution and oversee two sites – RBC Thought Leadership and RBC Climate Action Institute
  • Lead digital migration project for two sites
  • Collaborate with strategy team to deploy marketing and content amplification strategies, including digital, to share thought leadership across internal and external audiences.

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital content strategy integration role
  • Expertise in digital content development and deployment
  • Experience in managing multiple channels – websites and email communications
  • Ability to manage production and content delivery action plans
  • Strong track record of executing deliverables through multiple communication channels
  • Strategic and agile combined with the ability to navigate through a large, complex and matrixed organization
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills

About You

    • You have 4-6 years relevant social media, communications, or marketing experience.
    • You have history of developing and managing editorial calendars and organization workflows.
    • You are a creative and innovative thinker with the ability to take complex topics and distill into unique, data-driven, and actionable content.
    • You have experience with data and measuring social media through a range of tools including Google Analytics and Social Platforms.
