Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, answering phones, and performing general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage schedules and appointments for executives
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, including conference calls and video conferences
– Answer and screen phone calls
– Sort and distribute mail
– Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and typing
– Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
