We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing funnel metrics on a weekly basis and identifying areas for improvement to ensure optimal performance. You will coordinate closely with the Marketing team to execute demand-generation campaigns, events, and channel enhancements.

Your focus will be on implementing digital tools and training programs aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in bridging gaps within the funnel to drive better engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze funnel metrics weekly, closing gaps to optimize the conversion process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute effective demand-generation campaigns and events.
• Identify and implement digital tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities and customer interactions.
• Continuously assess customer feedback to improve satisfaction and engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand generation, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
