Job description: About the RoleTo support EveryPlate’s exciting growth trajectory, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through strategy, planning and activation on existing and emerging growth channels ranging from Podcast to Landing Page optimization. This role is perfect for a performance-minded marketer with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to wear many hats at once. You will report to the Marketing Director of EveryPlate and collaborate closely with the Acquisition, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams. Your efforts will directly impact customer acquisition, brand visibility, and long-term customer profitability for HelloFresh’s most affordable meal kit offering.What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategy and execution across a number of growth initiatives that aim to drive reach, optimize conversion rates, and support customer profitability
  • Manage external partners and internal collaborators to deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through execution and optimization
  • Develop, brief, and review creative assets and messaging in partnership with the Go-To-Market team, ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals
  • Launch and optimize landing page experiences, offers, and funnel improvements through continuous testing and iteration
  • Monitor campaign performance across initiatives, using data and insights to guide optimizations and inform strategic decisions
  • Identify and explore new marketing opportunities that align with business goals, serving as a generalist marketer and agile problem-solver
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new growth tactics to fuel innovation and differentiation

Who You Are:

  • 4-5 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably at a high-growth consumer brand or agency
  • Demonstrated success managing paid marketing channels and campaigns, with measurable results tied to CAC, ROI or LTV
  • Strong analytical mindset; skilled in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with dashboards; SQL experience is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and cross-functional teams
  • Creative and resourceful; comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly to drive results
  • Customer-obsessed and passionate about building thoughtful, effective campaigns
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
