Job Description

HearingLife Canada Ltd., the largest hearing aid provider in Canada, is currently hiring for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist at our head office in Toronto.

Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to the Senior Marketing Managers, your main goal is to create digital marketing strategies and implement solutions based on knowledge of digital trends, web development, analytics, and targeted communications. You will be instrumental in creating digital marketing strategies and implement solutions based on knowledge of digital trends, web development, analytics, and targeted communications. You will help manage the website development and content updates, online ad campaigns, and SEO and SEM strategies. You will execute on lead and customer activities, including demand generation, CRM marketing, content marketing, search engine marketing, social media, and paid ads. The successful candidate will combine analytical skills, writing skills and project management skills.


Primary responsibilities generally include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with the development of digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation and customer nurturing to fuel revenue growth
  • Create and optimize website landing pages and implement SEO practices for best organic and paid results
  • Analyze key metrics on collected data and offer insight for solutions to improve traffic, conversions, and leads
  • Understand, evaluate, and maintain customer segmentation profiles
  • Engaging with vendors and partners
  • Pull client lists for targeted ad campaigns and email marketing initiatives
  • Help with the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns
  • Set goals, establish, and track key metrics across all digital channels and prepare reports on our performance
  • Be able to manage multiple projects without constant supervision and deliver to established deadlines
  • Be resourceful and organized in reaching deadlines and quickly identifying and communicate obstacles
  • Be a dedicated, assertive, team player who is detail-oriented
  • Coordinating digital marketing activities on a daily basis
