E-Commerce Associate

E-Commerce Associate Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable packages.
  • Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
  • Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.
  • Inspecting, uploading & responding to customers’ product reviews.
  • Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
  • Maintain our product catalogue which includes adding, removing, editing and optimizing product pages.
  • Other duties as assigned.

E-Commerce Associate Requirements:

Conducts keyword research using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

Assists the Marketing team with producing content marketing campaigns to drive leads, subscribers, and candidates.

Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience, preferably in a Content Writer or Copywriter capacity.
Experience working in a creative advertising or marketing agency writing briefs an asset.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
Tech savvy including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Proficient in other Microsoft package including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
Bilingual (English/ French) is a strong asset.
