Summary of the position: As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be reporting to Company’s Growth Marketing Lead and will be responsible for handling marketing functions such as managing the company’s organic social media presence, owning SEO, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, and creating internal and external communications content to grow Company’s brand credibility and awareness in the industry. In this role communication is key, as you will be marketing Company to enterprise C-level decision makers and senior executives. You will be making a huge impact on how companies onboard diverse talent in a more equitable and efficient way. Responsibilities:
- Organically manage and grow company’s engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Search, and prepare to expand company’s presence on additional social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Work with the team to build company’s brand and credibility, as well as engage high-level decision makers in the HR space.
- Report to company’s Growth Marketing Lead and successfully execute our social media strategy and campaigns as part of the broader integrated marketing plan to support company’s Marketing and Sales team.
- Create engaging and compelling social content for company’s digital media platforms and website
- Track content engagement and provide recommendations to company’s Growth Marketing Lead to improve and optimize the content strategy.
- Assist in the development of press releases, media pitches, key messages, presentations, newsletters, and other media materials as needed.
- Build and maintain media lists and provide proactive and reactive service to the media.
- Proactively identify social media and corporate communications opportunities.
- Monitor social media on an ongoing basis and track industry trends and competitors.
- Track SEO and user engagement insights to track performance and report findings to the Growth Marketing Lead for social media strategy optimization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of social media marketing and content creation experience.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Google Search marketing, and marketing on other social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter.
- Ability to grow a company’s social media presence and build brand legitimacy and awareness organically and successfully.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Mailchimp or Salesforce.
- Ability to use SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics, to gather data-driven insights and deliverability metrics.
- Ability to display a growth mindset and take initiative to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, diligent, organized, and willing to take complete ownership of a project.
- Experience in the HR tech industry is a bonus.
- Experience in technical and strategic understanding of technology, applications, and industry solutions being marketed is a bonus.
