About the Role:
Vena Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work together with our performance-obsessed marketing team of strategic thinkers, collaborators, hustlers and innovators, who live and breathe digital marketing. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Strategy, you’ll develop campaigns cross-channel on SEO, Paid Search and Paid Social to drive awareness and demand for our solutions.
What you will do:
You’ll provide best in class expertise to drive high intent traffic to conversion touchpoints and execute and optimize campaigns across all digital channels. You’ll thrive in and enhance the Vena culture, and promote innovation across digital channels.
- Campaign planning, implementation and execution of digital channels including search, display, social, programmatic and video to drive demand.
- Evaluate business performance data and work cross-functionally to develop audience segmentation strategies and extract audience messaging insights to deliver compelling ad copy.
- Effectively communicate vision for digital ad creative to designers, including channel and format priorities.
- Optimize web pages and support the expansion of the website leveraging SEO best practices such as meta data, site speed factors, and redirect mapping.
- Collaborate with the content team to provide recommendations for high search volume content to increase ranking positions for target keywords.
- Work closely with vendors and other external partners to achieve channel goals and provide strategic campaign analysis and insights to further growth.
Does this sound like you?
- 5+ years experience in a digital marketing role, acquisition experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing successful campaigns strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, BingAds, StackAdapt, and Reddit Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, search ranking factors, and hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, with an understanding of site architecture fundamentals and taxonomy.
- Knowledge of and experience with SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
- Experience mapping website experiences and developing wireframes.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with Product Led Growth marketing tactics.
- Proactive with the ability to define and execute projects independently.
- High level of attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines.
- Bonus: Google Ad certifications, Google Analytics certifications, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, Figma, and StackAdapt.
