We’re now in 28 markets and have an ambitious team of 700 that’s rapidly expanding across the globe. Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.Our North America team is growing rapidly. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to help us expand our presence.This is a part-time, remote working position, with flexible hours. Must have high-level Chinese & English reading and writing proficiency.What are the main responsibilities for this role?This role will be focused on developing and furthering Crimson’s market presence in the North American landscape within new and existing areas.Collaborate with the North America marketing team to develop a diverse range of materials, including web pages, presentations, collateral, merchandise, internal communications, and social media content (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu).Conceptualize and create marketing materials, ads, email campaigns, newsletters, etc.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.Develop and execute original content, including visuals (images, videos), ensuring optimal use of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.What skills and experience are required?Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong reading, writing, and editing skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, video editing tools, etc.Senior undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduate with a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Availability for 2-4 hours of work per day.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.Team player with a proactive approach and innovative mindset.Familiarity with social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.Experience in the education industry is a plus.Why work for Crimson?
