Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and executing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in creating project plans and timelines
– Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager
– Coordinate project resources, including personnel and equipment
– Communicate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project goals are met
– Help identify and mitigate project risks
– Prepare and maintain project documentation
– Support the Project Manager in resolving any project-related issues
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
