Job description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. This includes overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, as well as managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy in all warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:
– Supervising warehouse staff and providing training and guidance as needed
– Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for warehouse operations
– Monitoring inventory levels and preparing reports on stock levels and activity
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
– Overseeing the loading and unloading of goods, as well as arranging for transportation as needed
– Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
– Troubleshooting any issues that arise in warehouse operations and implementing solutions
– Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
– Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
