  • Assist the Shift Managers to supervise multiple food service units.

  • Ensure Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards are followed in the food preparation process.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative and clerical support including handling phone calls, emails, filing, and data entry
– Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars
– Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
– Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documents
– Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
– Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

Qualifications:
