Job SummaryNow, if you were to come on board as a Senior Executive Chef, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Ensure managers’ compliance with all ESS, Compass Group and Client operating policies and procedures including Champion the Nutritious Life Program.
  • Support implementation of Webtrition to ensure consistency and professional production management.
  • Act as “keeper of menu” – coordinate development of menu cycles and recipes; advise on purchasing with a focus on product quality and avoiding product shortages.
