- Leading and inspiring integrated account teams, including specialists across disciplines like digital, earned media, crisis management, and more.
- Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and account operations with confidence, while proactively managing challenges.
- Staying on top of industry trends and market developments to keep your strategies fresh, relevant, and impactful.
What You’ll Bring:
- We’re looking for someone with:
- 8-10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or integrated marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
- A strategic mindset and a strong track record of success in corporate reputation management, executive profiling, digital/social media, and advocacy programs. Bonus points for experience in corporate branding, employee engagement, or broader marketing initiatives!
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to mobilize and inspire multidisciplinary teams across planning, creative, analytics, and media specialties.
- An understanding of the unique roles of marketing (CMO) and communications (CCO), with the ability to navigate and integrate both effectively.
