As a Marketing Manager on the Advice & Growth Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing B2B measurement frameworks, reporting and optimizing marketing campaigns across our Insurance and Bank portfolios, as well as a wide variety of marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of B2B campaigns, considering advisor engagement and conversion in driving the business objectives.
  • Identify areas for optimization and recommend strategies to enhance advisor LTV.
  • Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities
  • Monitor budget pacing and key performance metrics across performance marketing channel

Develop B2B Measurement Framework

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define B2B KPIs, including those related to advisor performance.
  • Design and implement a structured framework for tracking B2B marketing activities and advisor interactions.
  • Work closely with finance and advanced analytics teams to calculate LTV.

Reporting

  • Build comprehensive and compelling narratives to be shared with Key Stakeholders and the leaderships.
  • Provide insights and recommendations.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain effective, productive, and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners. Influence these partners and leverage their assets to best meet mutual objectives
  • Manage day-to-day working relationships with internal and external partners and act as subject matter expert
  • Influence without authority, ability to motivate and manage a cross functional, blended team of specialists

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital and Business Management experience
  • Masters or MBA a plus
  • Advertising agency experience or experience partnering with agencies
  • Financial services industry experience an asset (but not required)

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills while working in a face-paced environment with changing priorities
  • You can easily build relationships and have been part of large, cross functional teams that are working to solve complex problems
  • Proven track record for coaching high-performing teams
  • Experienced practitioner of Agile Marketing
  • Ability to generate meaningful business and customer insights from a variety of dashboards

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location Toronto, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between $84,375.00 CAD – $151,875.00 CAD
