Job description: Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?You will be a part of a unique team with RBC as a Digital Product Manager responsible for the business management of a Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) products. Managing a EPS products includes but is not limited to the product lifecycle, roadmap, competitive analysis, financials, promotion, user adoption, contracts, business engagement and master plan to ensure that users realize maximum value from their EPS products and services. As a part of the Product Team, you will work to provide RBC with best-in-class service. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in variety.What will you do?The role is responsible for execution of aspects of product plans including an agile mindset, timely promotion, change management,meaningful communication, actionable marketing, stakeholder engagement, training, supporting partnering platforms, reporting, insights andadjusting activities to changes to business areas and technology.
- Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time efficient manner. Monitor and control activities according to plan.
- Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate, and escalate where appropriate
- Develop and execute on end -to-end change management plans
- Collaborate and contribute on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables
- Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners.
- Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes
What do you need to succeed?Must Have
- Product Management capabilities – Product Lifecycle, Continuous Enhancements, Master Plan, Competitive Analysis
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills creating impactful materials in multiple formats to influence users/executives
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities – understanding of iterative approach, Organizational Change Management
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a complex organization
- Establish an environment of cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork among colleagues, business groups and technology

- Product Management Certification
- Experience with collaboration and network products
- Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
